Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14 day free trial for home learning. We also offer a free trial lesson for tuition. So you can try what's best for you.
Can I switch my plan later?
Absolutely! You can change the packages in your tuition plan at the end of your billing period. You can add packages at any time. You can also go from home-learning to tuition and vice-versa to accommodate your changing needs.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes, we offer special pricing for educational institutions. Contact our school sales team to learn more about our discounted rates. We have seasonal and exclusive promotions available, follow our social channels for access to discounted rates or even a chance to win a terms worth of tuition, for FREE!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via credit/debit card and Stripe.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We offer both monthly and annual subscription options for home learning. There is no minimum contract length for monthly subscriptions, while annual subscriptions have a one-year commitment. Our tuition packages are available in 4-week, 12-week and 24-week packages.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes, we provide technical support to all our customers. Our dedicated support team is available to assist you with any questions or issues you may encounter. For home learning queries, please contact homelearning@mirodoeducation.com. For tuition queries, please contact tuition@mirodoeducation.com.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time? (Home-Learning)
Yes, you can cancel your home-learning subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellations after the trial period may be subject to early termination fees.
Can I cancel my plan at any time? (Tuition)
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. However, please note that packages may be subject to early termination fees if cancelled before the end of the contract term. If you wish to cancel or rearrange a lesson and not the whole package, you may be able to do this without charge. Please contact our tuition team on 0800 634 5868 or tuition@mirodoeducation.com
